Your Rights As A Seitz Insurance Agency Policy Holder

At the Seitz Insurance Agency, we know you have many alternatives for purchasing insurance and financial service products. We also know that many of these sources stress price and often ignore the specific needs that may be required to protect your life's unique situations.

Our focus is on providing the products and services that fit YOUR unique needs, not those of the insurance company. To that end, we offer the following Bill of Rights to serve as a means of demonstrating our commitment to you.

You deserve a trusted insurance and financial products advisor

Each person and family is unique and has specific insurance and investment needs. While some companies offer what may appear to be the "best deal", they often write policies that don't offer adequate protection or coverage. They do this by making the client choose from a limited menu of choices on a web site or via the telephone. Since most clients aren't well versed in the language of the typical insurance or investment contract, they don't realize what shortcomings may be built into the policy.

We believe that you deserve to have a professional advisor to help you review your needs and tailor a policy or group of policies that will meet your specific requirements. Only with a personal, face to face review can you be completely assured that the insurance company has taken the necessary time to become familiar with you as a person and will be looking out for your best interests.

Your personal interests always come before ours

We believe that every client relationship should be a win-win situation.
